PETYLON PALLET FEATURE

PETYLON PALLETS are manufactured exclusively from a high quality & engineering plastic class of both PET and PA mixed materials and designed and tested for hygiene compliance.

The reusable PETYLON PALLETS are molded in one piece, providing consistent dimensions, easy cleaning and an excellent cost-effective price & performance ratio as well as providing excellent solutions on the challenges and weakness of the sturdiness and flexure that the existing PP(PE) based pallets are currently facing, based on our gas vent nano-technology which extracts drastically gases, moistures and tars in the injection molding process through its purification nozzle.​

PETYLON PALLETS are the world-first pallets made from eco-friendly PET base materials which are able to replace the existing PP(PE) base plastic pallets. This PETYLON PALLET will provide our customers with the following differentiations and benefits on top of the existing plastic pallets’ characteristics and properties.

An innovative new material can be produced through the combination of magnesium and plastic which is lighter and stronger than steel. This innovative new material can be applied to all industries, such as electronic devices, weight reduction to automobiles, construction materials, etc. and is very effective to block electromagnetic waves.
This A1GT MgPlastic solves the existing drawbacks of magnesium so that we are able to conduct finishing processes such as painting or metal plating. We can manufacture A1GT MgPlastic using existing plastic injection machines and produce A1GT MgPlastic at much lower cost than steel, aluminum or other metallic materials. A1GT MgPlastic can be used in compared with magnesium, steel, aluminum or other metallic materials.

Production and sale of composite eco-friendly raw materials and products of “PP (50%) + Cellulose (50%)” to replace existing disposable containers by utilizing GAVEN technology.

It is possible to save resources by recycling plant waste such as bamboo, wood waste, sawdust, reed, chaff, rice-straw, and cornstalks, which are obsolete, and recycling products. When buried in the ground, it is biodegraded after 3 ~ 5 years. It is the best industry that can protect the environment by preventing pollution.
